Job Description

  • Lead CallingCall all assigned leads within the defined response time.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, business type and purchase timeline.
  • Explain relevant products, machines and starter combinations.
  • Identify hot, warm and cold leads.
  • Maintain professional communication on every call.
  • B. Follow-UpFollow up with every qualified lead systematically.
  • Maintain follow-up dates and next actions in CRM/Google Sheet.
  • Follow up on quotations and pending decisions.
  • Reconnect with old/inactive leads for new requirements.
  • Never leave a qualified lead without a scheduled next follow-up.
  • C. WhatsApp CommunicationSend product catalogues, images, videos, specifications and quotations.
  • Use approved company messages and product information.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly.
  • Maintain professional WhatsApp communication.
  • Avoid sending unnecessary or unapproved information.
