About dokro: dokro is a Jaipur-based, fast-growing consumer appliances brand building high-velocity home, kitchen, and lifestyle products for modern India. We sell across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart.

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who can independently manage daily warehouse operations, ensure timely dispatches, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Warehouse Operations

• Supervise warehouse executives responsible for daily order picking, packing, and dispatch preparation.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor team productivity and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

2. B2B Consignment Preparation & Dispatch

• Supervise and actively assist in bulk consignment preparation, carton packing, labelling, and shipment readiness.
• Ensure all purchase orders (POs) are prepared and dispatched within scheduled timelines.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and handover of consignments to logistics partners.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate physical stock records and ensure proper stock organization.
• Supervise stock inward, outward, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure returned products are properly opened, inspected, documented, and processed according to company SOPs.
• Identify and report stock mismatches, damages, or shortages.

4. Warehouse Maintenance & SOP Compliance

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of products.
• Ensure packing, returns, inventory handling, and dispatch SOPs are strictly followed.
• Maintain discipline, operational accuracy, and accountability among warehouse staff.

5. Warehouse Opening, Closing & Accountability

• Ensure the warehouse opens on time and operates smoothly throughout working hours.
• Ensure all daily tasks and pending dispatches are reviewed before closing.
• Take ownership of daily warehouse operations and proactively report issues to management.
• Skills & RequirementsPrevious experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or dispatch supervision preferred.
• Ability to manage warehouse workers and get work completed on time.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel/Google Sheets and inventory records.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to participate in physical warehouse work, including packing and consignment handling, whenever required.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, responsible, and capable of working independently.

Who We're Looking For: We need someone who takes complete ownership of warehouse execution, rather than simply supervising workers.

The ideal candidate identifies problems early, follows up until work is completed, maintains warehouse discipline, and ensures that daily operations run smoothly without constant management intervention.

Important Note –

Hands-On Role

This is a hands-on warehouse operations role that requires active involvement in physical work, especially during bulk consignment preparation, packing, carton handling, and dispatch activities.

The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to work alongside the warehouse team whenever required, not just supervise or assign tasks.
