Accountant

Kohli Glow Signs is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting entries, maintain accurate financial records, and support routine office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Zoho Books / Tally.
• Record sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain cash, bank, and expense records.
• Perform basic bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Track customer outstanding payments and vendor balances.
• Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist with GST-related data preparation and CA coordination.
• Maintain accounting reports in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Identify and report incorrect or missing accounting entries.
• Assist with additional office documentation and administrative tasks when required.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Practical experience with Zoho Books or Tally.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of GST and bank reconciliation.
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete assigned work on time.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
