Barista

We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and passionate Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, and specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of beverages.
• Prepare smoothies, shakes, and other café beverages as per the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and report stock requirements.
• Coordinate with café staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience to customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café or coffee shop preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
• Ability to operate professional espresso machines.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn new beverage recipes.
