Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experienced Chef who can prepare a wide variety of dishes as per management requirements.
- Must be capable of cooking Indian, Punjabi, Chinese, Continental and other cuisines as required.
- Prepare daily meals, special dishes, snacks, breakfast.
- Able to understand and prepare dishes according to individual preferences and requirements.
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, hygiene and presentation.
- Plan menus and suggest new dishes and recipes when required.
- Maintain kitchen stock and inform management about required supplies.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards.
- Must be flexible, hardworking, disciplined and able to work independently.
- Should be able to manage kitchen responsibilities
