HR Recruiter – Key Result Areas

1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment

  * Understand department-wise manpower requirements.

  * Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.

  * Achieve assigned monthly hiring targets.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  * Search and shortlist candidates as per JD and company requirements.

  * Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.

  * Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

3. Interview Coordination

  * Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

  * Ensure proper interview tracking and timely follow-ups.

  * Maintain accurate interview status and feedback records.

4. Joining & Onboarding

  * Coordinate selected candidates until joining.

  * Ensure joining documents and joining kits are completed on time.

  * Minimize candidate dropouts between selection and joining.

5. Recruitment TAT

  * Close vacancies within the assigned timeline.

  * Follow up regularly with candidates and managers to avoid hiring delays.

6. Employee Database & MIS

  * Maintain updated recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

  * Prepare daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

  * Keep records of sourcing, interviews, selections, rejections, and joining.

7. Quality of Hiring

  * Focus on candidates who match the required skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  * Track early attrition and improve sourcing quality accordingly.

8. Employee Referral & Campus Hiring

  * Promote employee referral programs.

  * Coordinate with colleges/universities for campus recruitment and placement drives.

9. Recruitment Cost Control

  * Optimize recruitment sources and minimize unnecessary hiring expenses.

  * Monitor consultant/agency performance where applicable.

10. Performance & Target Achievement

* Meet monthly hiring targets.

* Maintain recruitment productivity and timely closures.

* Provide regular updates to HR management on open positions and hiring progress.
