Job Description
- job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and other online platforms.
- Respond to customers quickly and professionally.
- Share product pictures, videos, prices, sizes, colors, and availability.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products according to their requirements.
- Generate and follow up on online orders.
- Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, orders, and sales.
- Coordinate with the sales, packing, inventory, and delivery teams.
- Confirm customer details before processing orders.
- Follow up with customers for pending or incomplete orders.
- Promote new arrivals, offers, discounts, and special sales campaigns.
- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer complaints politely and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly online sales targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and online selling platforms.
- Good knowledge of clothing products, sizes, colors, and fabrics.
- Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Qualification & ExperienceQualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years in online sales, retail, e-commerce, or customer handling preferred.
- Freshers: Can also be considered based on communication and sales ability.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Daily online sales.
- Number of online orders generated.
