Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, ensure smooth workflow, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams when required.

* Monitor operational costs and help improve efficiency.

* Prepare regular operational reports for management.

* Train, guide, and motivate team members.

* Handle customer or operational escalations professionally.
