We're Hiring: Sales Manager | Wheelocity Motors (Škoda), Jammu 🚗

Wheelocity Motors, the authorized Škoda dealership for the Jammu region, is looking for a Sales Manager who can drive numbers in today's digital-first market.

📍 Location: Jammu (On-site, Full-time)

What you'll do:

✅ Lead and coach the sales team to achieve monthly retail targets

✅ Manage the complete lead funnel – digital, walk-in, referral, exchange

✅ Ensure every lead is contacted within 30 minutes and tracked in CRM/DMS

✅ Work with the digital team on Meta & Google lead campaigns

✅ Drive finance, insurance, accessories and extended warranty penetration

✅ Track daily conversions: enquiry → test drive → booking → retail

✅ Use WhatsApp, social media and reels to engage and convert customers

What we're looking for:

🔹 4+ years in automobile sales, with 2+ years leading a team

🔹 Strong grip on lead management and CRM/DMS tools

🔹 Understands digital leads – Meta, Google, OEM portals, WhatsApp

🔹 Data-driven – knows funnel numbers and conversion ratios

🔹 Hands-on, fast and target-focused

🔹 Graduate preferred
