Job Description
- Collect overdue EMIs from customers through field visits, calls, and regular follow-ups.
- Visit customers and their business locations to ensure timely loan repayments.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and improve collection efficiency.
- Identify overdue accounts, follow up on missed payments, and minimize delinquency.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding outstanding EMIs and payment schedules.
- Update collection records, payment status, and daily collection reports in the company system.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and relevant teams for overdue cases and payment-related issues.
- Follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and fair collection practices while dealing with customers.
