Job OverviewStar Media Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident, target-oriented and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle client enquiries, build strong relationships with customers, and convert leads into registrations and paid packages for our kids casting, modelling, advertising and entertainment services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective clients and parents.
• Explain the company's casting services, audition opportunities and available packages.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into registrations and sales.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and collection targets.
• Maintain accurate lead records, call reports and follow-up data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the casting and operations teams for client requirements.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and timely communication.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong confidence, sales ability and a target-oriented mindset.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English is an advantage.
• Ability to handle objections, negotiate and close sales.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply; experienced candidates will be preferred.
• Compensation & GrowthFixed Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
