Job Description

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
  • Computer skills: Good knowledge of Excel, email, internet and daily data entry.
  • Tally knowledge: Basic billing, invoice entry and payment records.
  • Customer calling: Polite and confident communication in Hindi; basic English preferred.
  • Online order handling: Updating orders, coordinating dispatch, sharing tracking details and following up with customers.
  • WhatsApp skills: Responding clearly to customer enquiries and maintaining follow-up records.
  • Experience: Previous work in e-commerce, retail or back office preferred. A capable fresher can also be considered.
  • Personal qualities: Responsible, punctual, organised and careful with customer and order details.
