HR EXECUTIVE – KHUSHBU JEWELLERSLocation: Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding
- Daily attendance and leave management
- Employee records and HR documentation
- HR policy implementation and discipline management
- Employee grievance handling
- Payroll and salary data coordination
- HR reports and MIS preparation
- Coordination with Team Leaders and Management
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to handle employees professionally
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
