Job Description
Deploy vehicles and drivers as per confirmed bookings and duty requirements.
Coordinate with drivers regarding reporting time, location, duty details, and client requirements.
Take regular follow-ups from drivers to ensure timely reporting and smooth completion of duties.
Track vehicle movement and maintain proper updates throughout the duty.
Coordinate vehicle changes, replacements, delays, breakdowns, and other operational issues.
Ensure the correct vehicle is assigned according to the booking requirements.
Share complete duty details with drivers before every assignment.
Maintain proper records of vehicle deployment, driver allocation, and duty status.
Coordinate with the office/accounts team regarding completed duties and required documents.
Handle last-minute booking changes and operational requirements efficiently.
Ensure vehicles and drivers are available as per schedule.
Escalate any major operational issue to management immediately.
Maintain proper communication with clients, drivers, and internal staff.
