Job Description
Product Presentation: Display and present jewellery items to customers, highlighting design, craftsmanship, and specifications.
Customer Service: Warmly welcome walk-in clients, understand their preferences, and offer tailored product recommendations.
Social Media Management: Assist in creating engaging content, photos, and short videos for Instagram/Facebook to promote new arrivals.
In-Store Sales: Drive daily retail sales targets by effectively communicating offers, discounts, and custom order options.
Inventory Handling: Ensure accurate tag handling, routine stock counting, and secure placement of precious items in display counters.
Store Visuals & Cleanliness: Maintain immaculate, dust-free display trays, counters, and showcases to ensure an appealing showroom look.
Billing & Transactions: Coordinate with cashiers to issue accurate invoices, handle certificates (e.g., BIS Hallmark/Diamond purity), and record customer details.
Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with existing clients regarding new collection launches, custom orders, and special occasion greetings.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on gold/silver daily rates, gemstone qualities, and ongoing fashion trends to answer client queries confidently.
Security & Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to store safety protocols while showing high-value diamond and gold items to clients.
