About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to deliver practical, job-oriented sales training to students and freshers. The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom and activity-based sessions, developing students' sales skills, and preparing them for employment in sales and business development roles.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct sales training sessions for students and fresh graduates.
• Deliver training on sales fundamentals, lead generation, customer handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Train students on communication, presentation, confidence, and professional etiquette.
• Conduct role plays, mock sales calls, group activities, and practical assignments.
• Teach students how to identify prospects and generate qualified leads.
• Train students on telecalling, field sales, inside sales, and relationship management.
• Develop and deliver training modules, presentations, case studies, and assessments.
• Evaluate students' performance through tests, role plays, assignments, and practical activities.
• Provide individual feedback and coaching to improve student performance.
• Prepare students for interviews and employment opportunities.
• Maintain attendance, training records, assessment reports, and student performance data.
• Coordinate with the project/placement team regarding student progress and placement readiness.
• Support placement activities, including mock interviews and employer interaction.
• Ensure training is delivered as per the prescribed curriculum, project guidelines, and timelines.

• Comfortable conducting role plays and activity-based training.
• Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to prepare training reports and student assessments.
• EligibilityGraduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, training, or sales coaching.
• Prior experience in student training, vocational training, skill development, or employability training will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong practical sales experience and good training abilities are encouraged to apply.
