About the Company :
Pinnacle Blooms Network®, operated by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (BHCL), is a healthcare organization operating a network of centers and the Pinnacle AI GPT-OS® platform. The organization focuses on child-development and therapy services.
Responsibilities·
- Manage overall branch operations and lead the centre team.
- Handle lead generation, lead conversion, client Key onboarding, and customer retention.
- Drive sales,revenue generation, and business development to achieve branch targets.
- Build relationships with hospitals, preschools, care centres, clinics, and other referral partners.
- Conduct weekly field visits for referrals, lead generation, and business development.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, renewals, and fee collection.
- Monitor team performance and coordinate with therapists and internal teams.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular branch performance reports.
