Job Description
Coordinate daily pickup and delivery activities.
Communicate with drivers, transporters, warehouses, and customers.
Track vehicles and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare and maintain shipment, delivery, and transportation records.
Monitor vehicle movement and resolve delays or operational issues.
Coordinate loading and unloading activities.
Verify POD (Proof of Delivery) and update shipment status.
Handle customer queries related to delivery status.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with company safety and logistics procedures
