Job Description

  • Candidate Requirements2–3 years of experience in the home loan, mortgage loan, or banking industry.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of loan documentation, banking procedures, and loan processing.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, email, and office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer files and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Must be comfortable working from the office.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries related to home loans and mortgage loans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain customer KYC and loan documents.
  • Follow up on loan applications, sanctions, and disbursements.
  • Update customers regularly regarding loan application status.
  • Maintain customer records, MIS reports, and daily follow-up reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
