Job Description

Job Opening: Field Operations Executive – Staff Enrollment & Camera Coordination

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Local candidates only)


Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Experience: Fresher can apply

Education: 12th Pass or Above


  • Job ResponsibilitiesVisit the Harrshiv site in Nagpur for staff and contractor enrollment.
  • Capture staff photographs and complete their registration in the attendance system.
  • Check CCTV camera alignment and ensure cameras are properly positioned for face detection and attendance.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for camera-related issues and updates.
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic enrollment and attendance-related issues.
  • Coordinate with site security staff, HR and management for smooth operations.
  • Share daily progress reports with the central team.
  • Requirements Must be a local resident of Nagpur.
  • Minimum 12th pass; freshers are welcome.
  • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to visit the site and work on the ground.
  • Responsible, punctual and proactive attitude.
