Relationship Manager - MLAP
- Business Sourcing & Acquisition: Acquire new LAP customers directly or through channel partners like Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and real estate intermediaries.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly disbursement and fee income targets.
- End-to-End Processing: Guide customers through loan applications, perform initial financial and property document screening, and coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth disbursals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term rapport with clients, handle queries, cross-sell other financial products, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, local market trends, and regulatory updates.
