JOB DESCRIPTION - CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (CCE)
SUSEE SCOOTER CENTER - Authorised Dealer for Bajaj / KTM / Triumph / Chetak
Location: Kanchipuram
JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Care Executive for two-wheeler sales and service company.
Your job is to make every customer feel valued, solve their problems quickly, and bring them back for next service. You handle calls, complaints, and ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A) Inbound & Outbound Calls - 60% of Work:Attend all customer calls within 3 rings
Service Reminder Calls: Call customers 3 days before service due date
Post Service Follow-up: Call within 24 hours after delivery - "Sir service epdi irundhuchu?"Insurance Renewal & AMC Reminder Calls
Explain offers, new models, exchange benefits
B) Customer Complaint Handling:Listen calmly, note complaint in CRM / Complaint RegisterCoordinate with Floor Supervisor / Service Manager for quick resolutionCall back customer within 2 hours with solutionNo customer should leave angry
C) Showroom & Service Front Desk:Greet customers with smile - "Vanakkam Sir"Guide them to Service Advisor / Sales ExecutiveOffer water / tea, make them comfortableMaintain waiting area clean
D) Documentation & Reporting:Update daily call log - How many calls, bookings, complaintsMaintain Customer Database in DMS / ExcelPrepare Daily Report: Service Due, Follow-up Pending, Complaints ClosedSend WhatsApp messages for service reminders, festive wishes
E) Retention & Feedback:Collect Google Reviews - Target 5 reviews per dayMaintain CSI Score > 90%Call lost customers and bring them back.
3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:Gender: Female preferred
Age: 18 to 28Education: 12th / Any Degree / DiplomaLanguage: Fluent Tamil + Basic English + Hindi optionalSkills: Good communication, Pleasant voice, Basic Computer (Excel, WhatsApp), TypingExperience: 0-2 Years (Freshers can apply - Training will be given)
4. WORK DETAILS:
Salary: Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 15,000 + Incentives
Work Time: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Regular)
Weekly Off: 1 Day Sunday
Benefits: ESI, PF, Incentives for Service Bookings, Free Training
