JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES MANAGER (TWO-WHEELER)

1. JOB SUMMARY : Lead the entire sales team, achieve monthly sales targets, increase market share, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. You are responsible for Profit & Loss of Sales Department.2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A) Sales Target & Business Growth - 50%

Achieve Monthly Target: 100-150 Bajaj,

Daily Sales Planning - Enquiry, Booking, Delivery, Exchange Ensure

80% Enquiry to Booking conversion

Focus on Finance penetration (85%+), Insurance, AMC, Accessories

Promote Exchange - Old bike to new bike

B) Team Management - 25%

Manage 5-10 Sales Executives, 2 Team Leaders, 1 Stock In-charge

Daily Morning Meeting - 9:45 AM - Targets, Offers, Motivation

Training: Product Knowledge (Pulsar N160, NS200), Sales Process, Objection Handling Monitor individual performance - Enquiry, Follow-up, Closing

Incentive calculation and motivation

C) Customer Relationship & Marketing - 15%

Handle High Value Customers, VIP, Fleet, Finance complaints

Conduct Local Activities: Loan Melas, Exchange Melas, College Activities, Village Canopy Relationship with Financiers - Bajaj Finance, HDFC, IDFC, L&T

Ensure Google Reviews 4.5+ rating

Ensure CSI > 90%D)

Operations & Reporting - 10%

Stock Management - Correct model, colour availability - No overstock / understock

Ensure billing on time, RTO registration within 3 days

Daily Reports: DSR, Stock, Pending Deliveries, Collection

Coordinate with Service for on-time delivery

Maintain CRM - 100% call follow-up, no enquiry leak

3. REQUIRED PROFILE:

Age:  25 to 35 Years

Education: Any Degree / MBA (Marketing preferred)

Experience: 3-5 Years in Two-Wheeler Sales (Bajaj / TVS / Honda / Hero experience MUST) Skills: Team Handling, Closing Skills, Tamil & English Fluent, Two-Wheeler License, Basic Excel, CRM

Must Have: Proven track record of achieving 100+ bikes/month target

4. SALARY & BENEFITS:

Salary: Rs. 25,000 to 30,000 + Incentives

Total Earning Potential: Rs. 30,000 - 40,000 per month Benefits: ESI, PF, Annual Bonus, Fuel Allowance, Accommodation Support, Food on duty
