Job Title: Godown Administrator / Warehouse Operations In-Charge

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Godown Administrator to oversee daily operations at our scrap yard/godown. You will manage administrative tasks, keep accurate stock records, oversee weighbridge/scale measurements, and coordinate incoming and outgoing logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock & Inventory: Maintain real-time accurate digital and manual logs of all scrap materials.

Weighment Management: Oversee precise weight measurements for incoming trucks and outgoing shipments.

Logistics Coordination: Arrange transport vehicles, manage driver schedules, and track shipments.

Documentation: Prepare delivery challans, gate passes, purchase bills, and daily Excel reports.

Gate Control: Monitor labour attendance and supervise loading/unloading activities at the site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th pass) with basic math proficiency.

Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse, godown, or scrap yard administration preferred.

Tech Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word and accounting or inventory software.

Traits:

Strong communication skills to handle truck drivers, labourers, and vendors.
