Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all company transactions
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger balances regularly
- Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions are made as per regulations
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns within deadlines
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and government regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and sensitive company information
