Position: Data Analyst
Location: Kanpur (Shyam Nagar)
Qualification: Must be completed B.Tech, BCA, and MCA
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The role involves working with large datasets, building reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear manner
Monitor data quality and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Support A/B testing, performance tracking, and KPI reporting
Automate recurring reports and data processes where possible
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in SQL
Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools
Understanding of basic statistics and data modeling concepts
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience in marketing, finance, product, or operations analytics
