We are looking for a smart, responsible, disciplined and quick-learning candidate who can handle office work, customer communication, lead management and basic CCTV-related coordination.

💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

📞 Office & Customer Handling

• Handle customer calls & WhatsApp enquiries
• Understand customer requirements
• Maintain customer & lead records
• Follow-up with customers
• Prepare basic quotations
• Update Excel / Google Sheets
• Coordinate with sales & technician team

📹 CCTV & Technical Coordination

• Learn basic CCTV, DVR, NVR & IP Camera
• Coordinate installation & service calls
• Understand basic networking requirements
• Assist Sales & Technician team
• Maintain service/customer records

📈 Sales & Lead Management

• Filter leads as HOT / WARM / COLD
• Follow-up on quotations
• Coordinate site visits
• Track pending enquiries
• Support sales conversion

👤 CANDIDATE PROFILE

✅ Minimum Education: 12th Pass

✅ Fresher & Experienced both can apply

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ WhatsApp, Internet & Excel knowledge

✅ Good customer handling ability

✅ Good follow-up skills

✅ Quick learner

✅ Responsible & disciplined

✅ Willing to learn CCTV & Networking

✅ Team player

Experience in CCTV / Sales / Customer Support / Computer / Networking / Office Work will be an advantage.

💰 SALARY₹8,000 – ₹12,000 + Performance Incentives

👉 Final salary will be decided based on skills, experience, interview & practical performance.

🎓 TRAINING & SELECTIONSelected candidates will undergo an initial 7-Day Training & Evaluation Period.

Selection will be based on:

Communication + Computer Skills + Customer Handling + Lead Filtering + Learning Ability + Performance

Interview + Practical Test will be conducted before final selection.
