Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

IRVAAN Dry Fruits & Spices is looking for dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented candidates to join our growing sales team for the following positions.

1. Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Salary: ₹40,000+ per month

Experience: Minimum 5 years in FMCG Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage, guide, and motivate the Sales Officer (SO) and field sales team.
• Expand the distributor (DB) and Super Stockist (SS) network.
• Identify new business opportunities and appoint new distributors.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Monitor primary sales, secondary sales, billing, and market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits and review team performance.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure consistent business growth in the assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of general trade and distributor management.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
• Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

2. Sales Officer (SO)

Salary: ₹25,000+ per month

Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Visit distributors, retailers, and assigned market areas regularly.
• Generate new business and develop retail networks.
• Support new distributor and Super Stockist appointments.
• Generate regular orders and increase billing from existing customers.
• Promote IRVAAN products and improve market visibility.
• Ensure product availability and maintain good customer relationships.
• Monitor stock availability, market demand, and competitor activities.
• Submit daily sales reports, visit details, and market feedback.
• Coordinate with the ASM to execute sales plans and achieve targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
• Knowledge of retail sales, general trade, and distributor handling.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and MS Excel is an advantage.
