✨ Job Summary: Nexafusion Technology Private Limited is hiring a proactive Field Marketing Executive to support the launch and growth of Bhaada – Move Cargo Easily, a last-mile cargo delivery platform connecting customers with suitable vehicles ranging from bikes to trucks. The role will focus on field marketing, driver onboarding, customer acquisition, local partnerships, and city launch activities across Kanpur and Lucknow.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Plan and execute Bhaada city launch activities across Kanpur and Lucknow.

📍 Conduct on-ground marketing campaigns near markets, mandis, colleges, transport hubs, and other key locations.

🚚 Identify and onboard drivers through booths, referrals, local contacts, and tie-ups.

🏪 Approach SMEs, shops, retailers, and local businesses to promote Bhaada and generate customers.

🤝 Build relationships with trader groups, MSMEs, transporters, and local businesses for partnerships.

📢 Coordinate posters and other local promotional creatives to increase brand awareness.

📱 Explain the Bhaada platform and assist drivers and customers with the onboarding process.

📊 Track driver sign-ups, customer registrations, first trips, and repeat users.

📝 Collect feedback from drivers and customers and share useful market insights with the team.

🎯 Achieve assigned driver onboarding, customer acquisition, and marketing targets.

🚗 Travel within the assigned territory for field campaigns, client visits, and onboarding activities.

🤝 Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of city launch and marketing activities.

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, as per experience and skill

🎯 Incentive: ₹5,000 as per performance
