We are not looking for just a salesperson. We are looking for an industry expert with long-term experience in the VOLTAGE STABILIZER INDUSTRY who can take Skybird to the next level.
🚀 Position: Field Sales Head
📍 Location: PAN India
💼 Experience: 5–10+ years of experience specifically in voltage stabilizers
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop new dealers, distributors and retailer networks in your region.
✅ Expand Skybird’s presence across Indian markets.
✅ Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
✅ Build strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
✅ Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
✅ Prepare sales reports and execute growth strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and dealer network development.
- Good knowledge of voltage stabilizers market.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on business growth.
💰 Salary: 5-6 Figure salary per month + performance-based incentives (depending on experience).
