Job Description
Site Development
- नए Advertising Sites के लिए संभावित एवं लाभदायक Locations की पहचान करना।
- निर्धारित क्षेत्र एवं आसपास के इलाकों में नियमित Field Visits और Market Surveys करना।
- Outdoor Advertising के लिए बेहतर Visibility एवं Commercial Potential वाले Locations तलाशना।
- Property Owners, स्थानीय प्रशासन एवं अन्य Stakeholders के साथ प्रभावी समन्वय स्थापित करना।
- Site Permissions एवं Commercial Terms के लिए बातचीत करना तथा आवश्यक Follow-ups करना।
- प्रत्येक Site से संबंधित Photographs, Measurements एवं अन्य आवश्यक Details एकत्र करना।
- Developed एवं Potential Sites का व्यवस्थित और अद्यतन रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
- स्थानीय Market Activities पर नजर रखना तथा नए Site Development Opportunities की पहचान करना।
