Job Description

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to manage the reception area at Jawed Habib Salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client appointments, billing, customer queries, and ensuring a smooth front-desk operation while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend clients professionally

• Manage appointments and walk-ins

• Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reports

• Coordinate with stylists and staff for smooth scheduling

• Maintain client records and follow-ups

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area

• Manage calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online bookings


Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, etc.)

• Presentable personality

• Prior experience in salon/spa/hospitality preferred
