Job Overview:

We are in search of a motivated Sales Associate with a basic understanding of computer technology, exceptional communication skills, and a vibrant personality. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, providing product information, and driving sales through excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Understand and communicate basic information about our computer products/services to potential customers.
• Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and explanations to showcase key features and benefits.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of computer technology and products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new information and technology.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
