Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities –


- Greet customers professionally and understand their jewellery requirements.

- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and 18K lightweight jewellery.

- Explain jewellery designs, product features, purity, pricing, and making charges.

- Handle customer queries related to jewellery purchases, old gold exchange, and return policies.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the showroom.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.

- Follow up with customers regarding their enquiries and potential purchases.

- Maintain attractive jewellery displays and ensure the showroom remains clean and well-organised.

- Stay updated on jewellery trends, new collections, and product knowledge.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations and excellent customer service.


Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the jewellery industry. Candidates who are genuinely interested and available to join immediately are encouraged to apply.
