Sales And Operations Executive -Medical Consumables

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to join our team for our growing medical and surgical products business.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating new business leads, following up with existing customers, managing orders, maintaining customer records, and supporting day-to-day sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make daily calls to existing and potential customers

- Search and generate new customers through online research and telecalling

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders

- Handle customer communication through phone and WhatsApp

- Maintain customer database and sales records

- Manage and update stock and inventory

- Maintain sales, purchase and customer ledger entries in Tally/Excel

- Coordinate orders, dispatches and deliveries

- Follow up with customers for repeat orders and payments

- Prepare daily sales, stock and follow-up reports

- Coordinate with the field sales team

- Support the overall day-to-day sales and business operations

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Tally

- Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp and online research

- Good Hindi communication and basic English

- Sales, telecalling, operations or customer-handling experience preferred

- Medical/surgical or B2B sales experience will be an advantage

- Should be hardworking, organized, responsible and target-oriented

- Immediate joining preferred

Salary: ₹12,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and performance.
