Role: QR Code Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition: नए दुकानदारों, रिटेलर्स और व्यापारियों से संपर्क करके उन्हें कंपनी की QR Code पेमेंट सर्विस से जोड़ना।
Field Visits: निर्धारित क्षेत्र में रोज़ाना मार्केट विजिट करना और नए व्यापारियों की पहचान करना।
QR Code Installation: व्यापारियों के यहाँ QR Code की सफल इंस्टॉलेशन और एक्टिवेशन सुनिश्चित करना।
Product Explanation: दुकानदारों को QR Code, डिजिटल पेमेंट और कंपनी की संबंधित सेवाओं के फायदे समझाना।
Sales Targets: कंपनी द्वारा निर्धारित दैनिक, साप्ताहिक और मासिक टारगेट पूरा करना।
Merchant Onboarding: निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार दुकानदारों की KYC और आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ पूरे करवाना।
Merchant Activation: सुनिश्चित करना कि QR Code सही तरीके से काम करे और व्यापारी उसका उपयोग शुरू करे।
Relationship Management: मौजूदा व्यापारियों से अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना और उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान में मदद करना।
Competitor Analysis: मार्केट में अन्य कंपनियों की QR सेवाओं और ऑफर्स की जानकारी जुटाना।
Daily Reporting: रोज़ाना की विजिट, नए मर्चेंट, इंस्टॉलेशन और एक्टिवेशन की रिपोर्ट टीम लीडर को देना।
Customer Support: QR Code से जुड़ी सामान्य समस्याओं को समझना और संबंधित टीम तक पहुँचाना।
Compliance: कंपनी की नीतियों का पालन करना और मर्चेंट की जानकारी तथा दस्तावेज़ों को सही तरीके से संभालना।
Required Skills
अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और सेल्स स्किल।
मार्केट में फील्ड वर्क करने की क्षमता।
टारगेट पूरा करने का जुनून।
स्थानीय मार्केट और दुकानदारों की समझ।
स्मार्टफोन और बेसिक ऐप ऑपरेशन का ज्ञान।
ईमानदारी, अनुशासन और समय की पाबंदी।
