Job Description
Explore Together is a growing travel company providing customized travel solutions, holiday packages, hotel bookings, flights, visas, and corporate travel services. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our growing team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients’ travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
- Prepare customized domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Handle hotel, flight, holiday package, and other travel bookings.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
