Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with expertise in B2B billing and government infrastructure projects, particularly PWD, PMGSY, and MMGSY projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit RA Bills, final bills, and B2B invoices.
- Handle billing and documentation for PWD, PMGSY, and MMGSY projects.
- Verify site measurements, quantities, and work progress.
- Prepare BOQ, measurement sheets, quantity statements, and billing documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Ensure billing is as per work orders, BOQ, contracts, and project specifications.
- Track bill submissions, approvals, deductions, and payments.
- Maintain accurate project billing records and supporting documents.
- Assist with quantity reconciliation and project cost tracking.
- Prepare billing MIS and reports for management.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of PWD and government project billing.
- Experience in PMGSY/MMGSY projects preferred.
- Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, measurements, and quantity calculations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
