Job Description

We are looking for an experienced chef/cook to join our cloud kitchen and help develop and prepare authentic veg and non-veg dishes. A tiffin master/south indian breakfast expert who can easily make Idly, Vada, Dosa, Poori, Bonda, Parotta, Chutnies

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve recipes based on customer feedback.
  • Maintain hygiene, food quality and portion consistency.
  • Handle daily kitchen preperation and cooking.
  • Help with ingredient preperation and basic kitchen inventory.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a restaurant , cloud kitchen or commercial kitchen
  • Strong knowledge on north and south indian cooking
  • Ability to maintain consistant taste across batches
  • Hygiene consious and responsible
