Job OverviewWe are hiring a Civil Site Engineer for Club House and allied civil works at a premium residential project, Kalpataru Ariqa, Karjat.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil construction activities, site execution, quality control and contractor coordination. Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and supervise RCC works including footings, columns, beams and slabs.
• Quality Control of RCC, block work and plaster works
• Handle Club House finishing works including plastering, flooring and waterproofing.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution as per drawings and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate labour and subcontractors at site.
• Coordinate with civil contractors and MEP teams for timely completion of activities.
• Monitor workmanship, materials and construction quality.
• Ensure all activities are carried out as per required quality and safety standards.
• Monitor daily work progress and report site-related issues to senior engineers.
• Ensure proper planning and utilization of manpower and materials.
• Support timely completion of assigned civil works as per project schedule.
• Candidate ProfileDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0–5 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of RCC, finishing, plastering, flooring and waterproofing works.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
• Good contractor and labour-handling skills.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work at the project site in Karjat.
