Housekeeping Staff

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Housekeeping Associate / Houseman to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. The candidate should be physically fit, attentive to detail, and willing to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and assigned sections.
• Assist Room Attendants in cleaning and preparing guest rooms.
• Collect and transport linen, towels, cleaning materials, and housekeeping supplies.
• Replenish toiletries and other guest amenities as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping stores and service areas.
• Assist in moving furniture, mattresses, extra beds, and other housekeeping equipment.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely as per instructions.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
• Follow hotel/resort housekeeping SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Provide support to the housekeeping team during high-occupancy periods.
• Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
