Site Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage residential construction activities from foundation to finishing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, drawings, manpower coordination, and construction materials.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily residential construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor construction work from foundation to finishing as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Check dimensions, levels, alignment, reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
• Monitor manpower, materials, work progress, and site requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site execution issues.
• Ensure construction quality and minimize rework and material wastage.
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, site records, and material requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Follow project safety standards and ensure safe working practices at site.
• Track project milestones and support timely completion of assigned activities.
