Job Description – Telecaller Cum CounselorPosition: Telecaller Cum Counselor
Location: Khanna
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound calls with prospective students.
- Explain courses, fees, benefits, and enrollment process to interested candidates.
- Counsel students according to their requirements and career goals.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective students.
- Convert leads into walk-ins and admissions through effective communication.
- Handle student queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with interested students for fee payment and ensure timely fee collection.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, and admissions.
- Achieve assigned calling, counseling, follow-up, and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with both telecalling and face-to-face counseling.
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to convert leads.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or education will be an advantage.
