Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain transport bills, invoices and billing records.
  • Handle daily transport billing, LR/GR, POD and invoice entries.
  • Verify trip details, freight amounts, diesel/other expenses and supporting documents.
  • Maintain customer and vehicle-wise billing records.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal team for billing-related queries.
  • Follow up for pending PODs, invoices and payment-related documents.
  • Maintain basic accounts records and assist in GST/TDS-related documentation.
  • Prepare daily/monthly billing reports and MIS.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/Accounting software preferred.
  • Candidate should have good accuracy and attention to detail.
