- Job ResponsibilitiesMake calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Communicate with customers in the assigned regional language.
- Explain products/services and generate sales.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum educational qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Must be fluent in the respective regional language (Bengali, Telugu, or Tamil).
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Must be confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Ability to handle work pressure while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
- Should be target-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated.

- Salary & IncentivesMonthly Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000
- Salary will be based on performance and target achievement.
