Job Description
*Develop new vendors for all consumables and service periodically
*Release PO as per indent approval
*Follow-up for the materials and arrange it on time
*GRN support & report
*Identify and purchase all materials as per engineers given
*specification with TDS/MSDS/Test report
*Prepare and update price and contact list Monthly
*Evaluate and update vendor performance Monthly
*Coordinate with QC/Store and make sure that we have enough stock of material for production and project.
*Prepare and send PO report daily
*Prepare the price reduction comparison chart Monthly
*Prepare and analysis of consumables consumption month wise.
*For regular consolidated MRP total cost preparation monthly.
