ECM Senior 1-3 – Consulting

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced End-User Computing (EUC) Specialist with strong expertise in device migration and Microsoft 365 to join our Digital Engineering – Modern Work team. Your key responsibilities

• Plan and execute device migrations to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrolment, policies, and app deployments.
• Set up and maintain co-management between SCCM and Intune for hybrid device management.
• Implement Windows Autopilot for streamlined zero-touch device provisioning.
• Troubleshoot EUC issues and support end users during and after migration projects.

Skills and attributes

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in the fiend of M365 Engineering and configuration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SCCM, Microsoft In-Tune, Azure, Azure AD Windows 10 & Server OS migrations support.

• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager – Experience in configuring device compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment, and security baselines.
• Windows Autopilot – Knowledge of zero-touch provisioning, profile setup, and deployment workflows.
• Co-Management (SCCM + Intune) – Hands-on experience setting up and managing co-management scenarios for hybrid environments.
• Device Imaging & Migration Tools – Familiarity with tools like USMT, MDT, or third-party solutions for user data and device migration.
• Azure Active Directory & Conditional Access – Understanding of device registration, compliance integration, and identity-based access controls.
• Work in collaborative and supportive manner.

• Listen carefully to provided information and ask clarifying questions. Actively listen as a learner rather than a passive recipient of information.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's or master's degree
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience, preferably background in a professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge on following area
• Areas of Expertise
• End-User Computing (EUC) with proficiency in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and Azure AD. Skilled in device migration, configuration management, and compliance policies. Expertise in managing EUC workloads such as app deployment, user data migration, and security baselines using tools like USMT, MDT, and MEM for seamless device provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred
