Job Description
1. Receive & review orders - Check customer orders received via app/system.
2. Pick inventory - Locate and pick items from shelves or storage zones as per order.
3. Verify product details - Confirm SKU, quantity, size, expiry date, weight, etc. match the order.
4. Inspect for quality - Check products for damage or defects before packing.
5. Pack items safely - Pack items into appropriate containers like boxes, bags, or crates using packing materials to prevent damage.
6. Label & seal - Label, seal, and prepare orders for dispatch, pickup, or delivery.
7. Pack in correct sequence - Ensure items are packed in the right order, e.g. cold items last, fragile items with cushioning.
