Job Description
Sales and marketing for building material solutions
• Territory & Market Development:
• Cover assigned geographical areas regularly to identify new business prospects, retail partners, or direct B2C/B2B clients.
• Conduct ground-level market research, track competitor activities, and report local demand trends to management.
• Sales & Lead Generation:
• Drive sales through field visits, cold calling, networking, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Qualify leads, pitch product benefits, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Marketing & Promotional Execution:
• Distribute marketing collateral, sample products, or promotional literature in the field.
• Support local promotional events, trade shows, or off-site activation campaigns.
