Accounts & Inventory Executive

Job Responsibilities1. Purchase & Sales Documentation

• Preparation of Purchase Invoices (PI) and sales invoices.
• Maintain purchase orders and supplier records.
• Verify purchase bills, quantities, rates and GST details.
• Maintain sales and purchase registers.

2. Tax & GST Preparation

• Assist in GST data preparation for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Verify GST input and output records.
• Prepare data for monthly tax filing and accounting.
• Maintain e-way bills and related documentation.
• Coordinate with the accountant or CA for GST returns and tax compliance.

3. Stock & Inventory Management

• Maintain daily stock records of raw materials and finished goods.
• Record material inward and outward movements.
• Maintain stock registers and inventory reports.
• Verify physical stock against book stock.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and prepare stock statements.
• Coordinate with purchase, production and dispatch departments.

4. Office & Accounting Work

• Data entry and record maintenance in Excel or accounting software.
• Maintain supplier and customer ledgers.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports.
• Handle filing, documentation and email communication.
